- Recruitment Initiatives: Build effective and strategic recruitment initiatives to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talent.
- Partnerships and Sourcing: Source and establish core partnerships with agencies and educational institutions to support recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Screen and interview high volumes of candidates to ensure healthy pipelines.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Paladin Airport Security Services at internal and external hiring and career events.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders.
- Recruitment Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPI's to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- DE&I Hiring Practices: Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hiring practices.
- Experience: 1-3 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
- Certifications and Clearances: Valid RAIC holder or ability to obtain Transport Security Clearance upon successful hire.
- Criminal Background Record: Clear criminal background record.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French is considered an asset.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to hold oneself accountable to high standards.
- Adaptability: Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
Paladin Airport Security Services offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 and a fully on-site role at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
