Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our surveillance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the activities of surveillance officers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and verify the activities of surveillance officers, including timesheets and performance evaluations
  • Document and report any violations, large cash transactions, and unauthorized access
  • Maintain accurate logs and prepare daily reports for management
  • Perform preventative maintenance on surveillance equipment and facilities
  • Train new team members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments and build strong working relationships with guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in criminology or a related field (an asset)
  • Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
