Surveillance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our surveillance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the activities of surveillance officers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and verify the activities of surveillance officers, including timesheets and performance evaluations
- Document and report any violations, large cash transactions, and unauthorized access
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare daily reports for management
- Perform preventative maintenance on surveillance equipment and facilities
- Train new team members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Communicate effectively with operational departments and build strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in criminology or a related field (an asset)
- Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to obtain a gaming license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
