Job Summary

BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our delivery services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, dispatching bus drivers, and monitoring routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Provide guidance and support to delivery drivers and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers, including dispatching and monitoring routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Make recommendations to management regarding personnel actions, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
