About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Supervisor to join our team at Carfix Collision Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Train and supervise staff members in duties and policies
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and make recommendations for maintenance or replacement
  • Resolve conflicts and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure timely completion
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Work a regular 30-40 hour workweek
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
