Registered Psychologist Position Available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Psychologist to join our team at Seagram & Associates and Landing Strong. As a collaborative mental health practice, we provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family treatment to children, youth, adults, and families. Our team is comprised of mental health professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals create lasting change and enhanced wellness.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing treatment of a variety of mental health issues using evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
  • Creating and maintaining patient records and required reports in a timely manner.
  • Working collaboratively with a clinical supervisor to develop case formulations, identify treatment goals, and support client progress in meeting these goals.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral Degree or Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or related field in Psychology.
  • Registered or Candidate Register Psychologist with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiner's in Psychology.
  • Experience and competency working with children, adolescents, or adults, individually, couples, or families.
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and inter-professional teamwork skills.
  • Current professional liability insurance.
  • Experienced with operating a computer and some ability with MS office.
