Registered Psychologist Position Available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Psychologist to join our team at Seagram & Associates and Landing Strong. As a Registered Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment to clients with a variety of mental health issues. You will work collaboratively with our clinical supervisor to develop case formulations, identify treatment goals, and support client progress in meeting these goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing treatment of a variety of mental health issues using evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
  • Creating and maintaining patient records and required reports in a timely manner.
  • Working collaboratively with a clinical supervisor to develop case formulations, identify treatment goals, and support client progress in meeting these goals.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral Degree or Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or related field in Psychology.
  • Registered or Candidate Register Psychologist with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiner's in Psychology.
  • Experience and competency working with children, adolescents, or adults, individually, couples or families.
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and inter-professional teamwork skills.
  • Current professional liability insurance.
  • Experienced with operating a computer and some ability with MS office.
