Food Service Manager

At Mucho Burrito MB0014, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of work schedules, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
