Nursing Care Specialist

In this role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
* Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
* Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
* Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
* Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
* Current CPR / First Aide Certification
* Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
This is a Casual position offering a competitive hourly rate of $32.84 per hour. Benefits include flexible scheduling, on-site parking, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
