Arboriculture Supervisor

At Seneca Enterprises Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tree Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our arboriculture team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work activities.
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure the health and well-being of plants.
- Plant and move trees as required.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our team works outdoors, and you will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Area of Specialization:Tree service is a key area of specialization for this role.
