Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and in person, greeting and checking in sales appointments, creating cash reports and receipts, and performing general administrative duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, prior experience in a customer service role, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with OneEighty software is considered an asset.
