Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Auto Careers Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in managing financial records, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Treasurer and finance team, including coordinating financial documents, assisting in budget preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will also be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters, handling correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to the Treasurer's office.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Administration:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents for three dealerships.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Treasurer and finance team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and financial reports.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to the Treasurer's office.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of financial data.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an asset.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a finance department.
- Previous experience in the automotive dealership industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
