About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across the platform, and driving business value through effective product ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed requirements for Salesforce solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand demand and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-level solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure team progress and remove blockers.
  • Manage integration across the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing technical debt.
  • Coordinate and participate in UAT and Go-Live processes, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
  • Own a portfolio of products/initiatives, driving business value through effective product ownership and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain user stories/business requirements documents, detailing out requirements for Agile sprints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner and leading a technical team.
  • Proven experience working on quote to cash (Q2C) domain and Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets.
  • Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on quote to cash domain and Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud (at least one or more) – CPQ.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to ensure team success, with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally.
