We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Clinical Group at Jane, a remote-first company dedicated to simplifying the lives of healthcare practitioners and patients. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge solutions that enable practitioners to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
About the RoleAs a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our platform's backend and frontend components. You will work closely with our team to refactor existing code, address technical debt, and implement new features that enhance the extensibility and testability of our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality backend and frontend code using Ruby on Rails, React, and Typescript
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement new features and refactor existing code
- Work with our Clinical Group to develop solutions that meet the needs of healthcare practitioners and patients
- Contribute to the development of our Charting SDK and Jane Developer Platform
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to product designs and architectural decisions
- At least 3 years of experience with an agile software development lifecycle for a SaaS product
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Typescript
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
