About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Application Engineer to join our team at Maya HTT. As a subject matter expert on our customer projects, you will work closely with our Account Managers, Senior Architects, and development team to ensure our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and demos, marketing efforts, and formal proposals.
  • Provide customer support for SolidEdge and NX CAD related questions.
  • Deliver customer training for SolidEdge and NX CAD.
  • Fulfill customer service engagements related to SolidEdge and NX CAD.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SolidEdge and NX CAD best practices.
  • Apply solutions in areas such as prismatic modeling functions, complex curves and surfaces, drafting and Model Based Definition, assemblies including Wave Linked geometry, and NX configuration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and interests in design, engineering, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Experience in SolidEdge is a must-have.
  • Experience in NX Solutions is an asset.
  • Experience with non-Siemens applications, simulation tools, PLM, and/or CAM is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are a must.
  • Capable of multitasking with complex projects.
  • Bilingual French and English (regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers outside of Quebec, nationally, and internationally).
  • Occasional travel required (
