- Customer Support: Provide expert assistance to customers on SolidEdge and NX CAD-related questions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Training and Development: Deliver customer training on SolidEdge and NX CAD, focusing on best practices and advanced features.
- Customer Service Engagements: Fulfill customer service engagements related to SolidEdge and NX CAD, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on SolidEdge and NX CAD best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.
- Technical Expertise: Apply solutions in areas such as prismatic modeling functions, complex curves and surfaces, drafting and model-based definition, assemblies, and NX configuration.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and interests in design, engineering, and manufacturing best practices, with experience in SolidEdge and/or NX Solutions ideal.
