Job Summary:
e-STORAGE is seeking an experienced Logistics Director to lead the strategic and operational management of global logistics for multiple utility-scale energy storage projects. This role requires a deep understanding of international trade, transportation, and supply chain management.

About the Role:
The Director of Logistics will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of energy storage systems globally. This includes leading a high-performing logistics team, partnering with cross-functional teams, and establishing relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports, 3PL providers, and carriers. The successful candidate will also drive process improvements, adopt new technologies, and improve visibility of shipments using tools like TMS and WMS.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
* Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics team
* Partner closely with Project Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and external customers
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports, 3PL providers, and carriers
* Drive process improvements, adopt new technologies, and improve visibility of shipments

Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in the energy or clean technology sector
* Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Supply Chain) is highly preferred
* Extensive experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong knowledge of Smart Sheets, cloud-based software, and logistics tools (TMS, WMS)
* Demonstrated expertise in battery energy storage systems (BESS) logistics, including familiarity with Hazmat and lithium battery transport regulations
* Strong technical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Formulas & Functions) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Visio)
* Proven ability to develop and manage large-scale RFP processes, negotiate logistics contracts, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key suppliers and carriers

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
