Job Title: Food Service Team Lead Position


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Supervise the preparation and portioning of food, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using this data to inform decisions and drive improvements
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

Requirements:



  • College diploma or equivalent education in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
