Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Paramount Agro Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organization: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
