Job Summary:

The Head of Global Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and establish a robust sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth across all sales functions.
  2. Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team, including sales development representatives (SDRs), account executives (AEs), and sales operations.

  4. Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  7. Strong network in Canadian and USA market.
  8. Must be Canadian national or hold a valid TN work permit.
