Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Solaris Business Development C. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive sales growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
