Job Title: Event Operations Director

The JC's Grill House team is seeking an experienced Event Operations Director to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events at our establishment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews of team members
- Cost products and services for events
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations during events
- Organize and maintain inventory of event supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed during events

Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in event operations or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with high levels of pressure during events
- Handling heavy loads of equipment and supplies
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking during long events

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
