Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Seven Days Pharmacy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and sales assistants.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our pharmacy, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements for our pharmacy, including the number of staff needed to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
