We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Seven Days Pharmacy.
Job Summary:The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in pharmacy software and systems.
The Pharmacy Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with patients, customers, and staff on a daily basis.
