We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Seven Days Pharmacy.
Job Summary:The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, and direct daily pharmacy operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Financial Management: Manage the pharmacy's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, including laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The Pharmacy Manager will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
