Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
