- As a Department Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in the clothing department.
- You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback to ensure they meet their goals.
- You will also be responsible for building and managing a daily game and sales plan for the department, and creating development plans for full-time staff to improve performance gaps.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with your team and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive work environment.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level.
- You will have a proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.
- You will have a demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry, which is an asset.
- You will be a business-savvy individual with a customer-focused mindset, able to plan, execute, and drive sales.
- You will be a leader who leads by example and has a passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring your team.
- You will be a culture and brand ambassador who loves the work and takes pride in our brand.
