Bureau Veritas is a world leader in testing, inspection, and certification services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Food Safety Specialist to join our team in Saint-Laurent, QC.

As a Senior Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of analytical data and participating in building a strong team of analytical professionals. Your main responsibilities will include adhering to Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics Policy, supporting and complying with all Bureau Veritas policies, Quality System and Health & Safety program, performing basic testing procedures, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).

Your ideal background should include a college diploma in Biotechnology or BAC in Science, experience in a microbiology laboratory, and excellent computer skills. You will have the opportunity to gain full knowledge with respect to performing analytical procedures and related quality control techniques. Additionally, you will participate in training, technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes competitive benefits such as on-the-job training, RRSP with employer contribution, premium for the night shift, employee discounts, and free parking.
