Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at West Coast Kids. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
