Job Title: Corporate Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Financial Controller to join our team at Waterford Executive. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for our global operations.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, including the implementation of cost accounting systems and analysis of variances.
* Prepare and review consolidated financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate taxes.
* Provide internal and external reports as necessary, and ensure that corporate accounting policies are followed by divisions.
* Develop and implement effective financial controls for the organization.

Qualifications:

* Business degree or equivalent experience.
* Designation or equivalent experience in areas such as audit, corporate financial reporting, and product valuation methods.
* Ability to travel internationally and communicate effectively with international locations.
* Self-motivated and self-starter with experience in using spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word, and analytic applications.
* Multi-lingual with German and Mandarin desired.
* International business exposure to the US, Mexico, Europe, and China desired.
* Experience with major ERP business systems.
