Corporate Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Controller to join our team at Waterford Executive. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to our organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
