Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Controller to join our team at Waterford Executive. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and analyze and report variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate taxes.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective financial controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with divisional controllers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of financial activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Business degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate financial reporting, audit, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in German and Mandarin a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally, with a strong preference for candidates with international business experience.
