About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team at Prabjot Farms. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring the smooth cultivation and harvesting of crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and Applying Fertilizers: You will be responsible for mixing and applying fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Crop Cultivation and Irrigation: You will assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Farm Machinery Operation and Maintenance: You will operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe farming practices.
  • Harvesting and Crop Management: You will assist in harvesting crops and managing crop growth to ensure maximum yield and quality.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Farm Laborer role requires working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. You will be required to work in various weather conditions and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in farming or a related field is an asset.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English is required, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical Abilities: You must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
