We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Shire Restaurant & Brewpub. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality food products are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and control costs associated with food and labor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing menu plans, controlling costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
