About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join our Investment Consulting team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects in the Investment Consulting practice, providing expert advice to clients on a range of advisory and OCIO Investment clients and accounts.
  • Identify and develop client account opportunities, expanding the scope of existing projects and relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive and innovative support to meet their needs.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in a financial/investment consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services to clients.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • French/English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
