About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at 1262688 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our construction management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess and analyze the daily operations of our construction projects to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize daily operations, including resource allocation and task management.
  • Plan and Manage Budgets: Create and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Develop Risk Management Plans: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects, ensuring that our team is prepared for any challenges that may arise.
  • Oversee Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of data and information related to construction projects, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a Team: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Area of Specialization
  • Project Management: Experienced in project management, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
Transportation and Travel
  • Willing to Travel: Willing to travel to project sites as required.
