Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other construction management software.
Work Environment

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites and meetings with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a variety of settings, including urban and rural areas.
