The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining academic records and serving students, faculty, and the university community by responding to inquiries, administering academic regulations, coordinating updates to the academic calendar and course catalog, and supporting convocation ceremonies.
This role involves preparing the academic timetable and exam schedules; coordinating registration processes (students and faculty); producing various reports; preparing the annual Dean's List; and responding to queries for information/data. The successful candidate will also participate in developing new systems related to these functions, including assisting with implementing new software programs.
This requires effective communication within and outside the Registrar's Office, including Deans, Chairs, faculty, and students.
We offer a competitive market-driven salary level, specifically Market Driven Tier 2, reflecting the value we place on this role.
