Job Summary:

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers and prospects
  • Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Support operational activities, including inventory management and escalated service requests
  • Manage and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and branch units
  • Execute routine tasks within service level agreements
  • Act as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch team

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers
  • Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
  • Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00
