Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
    • Required for the position.
  • Minimum of 7 Years of HR Experience
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices
    • Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
