Customer Success Professional

A leading translation company in Montreal is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join its team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire process, ensuring they get the most out of their language solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Organize and prepare presentations, prepare and respond to RFPs in collaboration with the sales team.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and improve our offers.
- Monitor the competition, identify business opportunities, and contribute to sales strategy.
- Degree in business administration, commerce, literature, translation, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
- Proficiency in Office suite.
- Beautiful offices in Old Montreal.
