Customer Success Professional

A leading translation company in Montreal is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its team of seasoned professionals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire process, ensuring they get the most out of their language solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Organize and prepare presentations, prepare and respond to RFPs in collaboration with the sales team.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and improve our offers.
- Monitor the competition, identify business opportunities, and contribute to sales strategy.
- Degree in business administration, commerce, literature, translation, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
- Proficiency in Office suite.
- Beautiful offices in Old Montreal.
