Customer Success Professional

Adoc Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join its team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients in the aviation industry.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in aeronautics or a related field. Your experience in flight operations, fuel optimization, and data analysis will be invaluable in this role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement success plans that meet their needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding and training for airlines' users
- Boost customer adoption and engagement
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure it remains high
- Conduct analysis to optimize airlines' operations and provide consulting services
- Advocate for customers' needs and liaise with internal teams
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the Marketing & Sales team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautics or a related field
- Experience in aeronautical operations, flight operations, or a related field
- Knowledge of fuel optimization, dispatch, safety, and punctuality
- Ability to listen to customers and identify their needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory), good level in French (or open to learn it), Spanish and Portuguese are assets
