Regional Technical Training Lead

The Regional Technical Training Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for technical training in their assigned region. This role will work closely with dealerships, providing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center, including maintenance of assets and development of training schedules.
- Support Technical Training Instructors in their region, including assistance with school facilities and curriculum development.
- Participate in the planning and execution of a continuous 1-month rolling training schedule, including entry into the Learning Management System (LMS) and roster management.
- Collaborate with other Regional Technical Training Leads to share best practices and improve training outcomes.
- Conduct regional dealer meetings to promote the training program and requirements.
- Travel to dealerships in the region as needed to provide technical instruction and support.
