V2Soft is a global company with a presence in multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia. As a Regional Technical Training Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our technical training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center, including maintenance of assets such as training vehicles, equipment, and storage procedures.
- Support Technical Training Instructors throughout the region, including support for school facilities and training programs.
- Participate in and plan a continuous 1-month rolling training schedule, including entering schedules in the Learning Management System (LMS) and closing rosters after every class.
- Assist in the review, maintenance, and development of curriculum, specific courses, and technical education methods.
- Collaborate with other Regional Technical Training Managers to promote the training program and requirements.
- Conduct regional dealer meetings to promote the training program and requirements.
- Travel to dealerships in the region as necessary.
- Provide technical instruction based on specified service training curriculum for technicians.
Requirements:
- Strong technical training experience and knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
