Job Title: Regional Technical Training Lead

At V2Soft, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Training Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical training initiatives in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our training center, ensuring that all assets are maintained and up-to-date.
  • Support Technical Training Instructors throughout the region, including assistance with school facilities and training schedules.
  • Participate in and plan a continuous rolling training schedule, including entering schedules in our Learning Management System (LMS) and closing rosters after every class.
  • Assist in the review, maintenance, and development of curriculum, specific courses, and technical education methods.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Technical Training Leads to promote the training program and requirements.
  • Conduct regional dealer meetings to advocate for our brands and promote the training program.
  • Travel to dealerships in the region as necessary to provide technical instruction based on specified service training curriculum for technicians.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in technical training and development.
