What You'll Do:
  • Clinical Services: Provide comprehensive clinical services, including chronic health condition monitoring and management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, and other prescribing services.
  • Patient Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their medications and health needs.
  • Customer Service: Deliver superior service and exceed patient expectations by acknowledging patients promptly and professionally with warmth, empathy, and compassion.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
  • Authorization to Administer Injections.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Included in the total compensation package is a salary estimated between CAD $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the market rate for similar positions in Truro, Nova Scotia. Please note that this estimate may vary based on individual circumstances and external factors.
