We are expanding and seeking an ambitious leader to spearhead our web team, guiding them to new frontiers in the digital landscape.

The Role

The Director of Web Experience is a cornerstone of Brandt's marketing strategy. The public web experience is where the customer journey begins, and our marketing efforts converge. You will lead efforts to enhance web effectiveness by developing a comprehensive content plan aligned with business goals, oversee all web touchpoints, and work with your team to craft and direct the digital experience for millions of visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping the long-term direction and digital presence of Brandt
  • Leading your web team in collaboration with in-house marketing departments to develop, own, and promote Brandt's public web strategy
  • Building visitor personas and using personalization tools to craft unique experiences for those personas
  • Participating in large-scale advertising campaigns
  • Making an impact with innovative projects and initiatives to enhance Brandt's digital customer experience and promote the company

You will have access to a team of web marketing specialists, a full in-house creative agency, Acquia Digital Experience Platform DXP, Acquia Personalization Engine, Google Analytics, and other quantitative and qualitative analytics tools, as well as Figma prototyping tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and leading a team of web specialists focused on building and operating a complex public web experience
  • Developing, owning, and promoting Brandt's public web strategy, in consultation with key stakeholders across the company, and aligned with the company's strategic priorities
  • Owning the company's public web systems' design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Designing a scalable content integration process to support the growing needs of the business and the growing web team
  • Serving as the primary point of contact, head administrator, and internal expert on our web strategy and systems
  • Working with stakeholders from executive, sales, sales support, information technology, customer support, and marketing departments to align company goals with web priorities
  • Building and managing the day-to-day operations of the web team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship
  • Providing leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large web projects and during normal business operations
  • Integrating and reinforcing data-driven decision-making and increasing tracking of web analytics
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Experience

This is a full-time, on-site position located at Brandt Group of Companies' head office in Regina, SK, Canada.
