Job Title: Construction General Manager

SNS Construction Inc is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets the highest quality standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
