Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at SNS Construction Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions
  • Hire and train staff
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • MS Office and MS Windows proficiency
  • Information technology knowledge
