**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing high-quality equipment, parts, goods and services at competitive prices while building strong relationships with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions within company guidelines.
  • Negotiate favorable prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
  • Manage and control stock levels through the ERP system.
  • Maintain vendor scorecards and track savings.

Main Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve budgeted savings through effective purchasing practices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiating abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
